The flagship expression from the UK's first absinthe distillery, and the bottle that sets the standard for British Absinthe. Twenty-two botanicals including: grand wormwood, green anise, fennel seed, sage, cinnamon, cardamom, galangal root and more - copper-pot distilled, then put through a second botanical infusion using milk thistle and white dead nettle to bring through the vibrant green colour. A dramatic louche starts as soon as the water hits it, stirs into champagne better than almost anything in the spirits cabinet, and holds its own in a Sazerac, Frappé or Corpse Reviver.

Tasting Info: Nose: Green anise bomb, followed by garden herbs and warming spices — wormwood, sage, fennel — with cardamom and cinnamon spice underneath. Palate: Natural sweetness and herbaceous. Anise softens with water, wormwood bitterness arrives mid-palate and galangal gives a long, ginger-warm finish. Finish: Long and herbal, cooling, with anise lasting after the first sip.
