This modern classic is bursting with flavors of tart passionfruit, sweet pineapple and smooth vanilla. Garnished with a passionfruit half and accompanied by a shot of Champagne (or Prosecco) to be enjoyed in between sips, the Pornstar Martini is one of the best and elaborate examples of how just how delicious Absolut Vanilia really is.
Ingredients:
50 ml Absolut Vanilia vodka / 25 ml Passôa (passion fruit liqueur) / 50 ml unsweetened passion fruit purée / 15 ml vanilla syrup / 1/2 fresh passion fruit (for garnish) / 1 shot (about 25-50 ml) of Prosecco or Champagne to serve.
Method:
Combine vanilla vodka, Passôa, passion fruit purée, and vanilla syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until the shaker feels completely ice-cold
Double-strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass or coupe
Float half a passion fruit on top of the foam and serve immediately with a separate shot glass of Prosecco on the side.
