This Ammunition Cabernet Sauvignon is born of grapes from several of Sonoma County’s family-owned vineyards. The 2020 Ammunition Cabernet Sauvignon is a perfect representation of the quality for which it’s become known. Petite Verdot and Cabernet Franc make up 10% of this wine, with the backbone of this Cabernet Sauvignon being traditionally fermented then matured in 50% new French Oak. Additionally, 5% of the Cabernet has been peeled off and barrel-fermented separately. This gave the final Ammunition Cabernet Sauvignon blend a remarkably round and silky finish, achieving true tannin nirvana.
