Masterfully blending red grapes—Pinot Noir from continental Segrià and Trepat from Conca de Barberà—with Mediterranean Xarel·lo, this vegan-certified Cava is aged in our cellars for more than 18 months. It pours an intense straw yellow with lively golden-purple highlights, opening with a refined bouquet of white blossoms and wild red berries. On the palate, it delivers a fresh, expansive, and beautifully creamy texture, supported by a vibrant acidity that makes it a spectacular pairing for gastronomy.

With fine, delicate and well-integrated bubbles forming a uniform and long-lasting mousse. It shows the true expression of Pinot Noir with exquisite aromas of white flowers and red fruits. Aromas return on the palate, where it shows body and noticeable freshness. It is creamy, delicate and long.This cava shows extraordinary complexity, thanks to the Pinot Noir variety. This elegance, combined with very high acidity, offers a great range of food pairing opportunities. It partners well with all kinds of fish baked in salt. Also sushi, carpaccios, hors d'oeuvres and starters. Seafood or fish rice dishes, meat-based pasta dishes (cannelloni, lasagne) Ideal with red fruit desserts.
