Aged for a minimum of 9 months on its lees, Bach Rosé Brut features a pale pink pour with fine bubbles. It delivers delightful aromas of ripe raspberries, strawberries, and cherries, layered with subtle hints of yeast and soft bread. Exceptionally smooth and balanced on the palate, it makes a perfect aperitif and pairs beautifully with tapas or fresh pasta salads.

A pale rosé colour of medium to high intensity. A good stream of bubbles with light mousse formation at the surface. On the nose, pleasant aromas of mature red fruits on the nose (strawberry, cherry) with supple notes of yeast (soft bread). These are accompanied by complex aromas from aging in the cellars (dried fruits and nuts, raisins). On the palate, balanced, supple and pleasant mouthfeel. Pairing: It makes an ideal aperitif and accompaniment to tapas.
