The classic Beefeater Negroni is a bold, bittersweet Italian apéritif that perfectly balances gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. Served over ice with a fresh orange twist, it is traditionally made in a simple 1:1:1 ratio.
Ingredients: 25 ml Beefeater London Dry Gin / 25 ml Campari / 25 ml Sweet Vermouth / Ice cubes / Orange peel or twist (for garnish)
Fill a rocks glass (or mixing glass) with fresh ice cubes
Add the Beefeater Gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth to the glass
Stir well for about 15-30 seconds until the ingredients are perfectly chilled and integrated
Gently squeeze the orange peel over the glass to express the oils, wipe the rim, drop it into the drink, and enjoy.
