BOLLE Blanc de Blancs is made through our patent-pending twice-fermented winemaking process, the same technique used in traditional Champagne production. Unlike non-alcoholic sparkling wines made from grape juice or de-alcoholised base wine with added flavours, BOLLE starts with real wine and ferments it twice. The result is a non-alcoholic sparkling white wine with natural bubbles, genuine toasty complexity, and just 2.8g of naturally occurring sugar. No additives, nothing artificial. Bright, lively bubbles with fresh citrus and a subtle toasty warmth, it drinks like champagne, just without the alcohol. Crisp enough to feel celebratory, smooth enough to have multiple glasses.
