Special Cuvée is the result of the delicate blending of the finest grapes principally sourced from the Bollinger family vineyards.
Pinot Noir dominance characterises the unique Bollinger style, incorporating a majority of reserve wines, part of which have been aged in magnums for up to 10 years.
Tasting notes:
A golden colour, distinctive of black grape varieties with very fine bubbles veiled by complex aromas of ripe fruit and spice, with hints of roasted apples, compote and peaches.
On the palate, a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity; bubbles are like velvet with flavours of pear, brioche and notes of fresh walnut giving depth to the classic rich, toasty style that Bollinger is famous for.
