The Zealot's Heart Gin is a handmaed gin produced by BrewDog Distilling Co. in Scotland. Its is known for it triple-bubble still and a strong emphasis on juniper, which is considered its core or heart. The gin is crafted from 17 hand-selected botanicals including all spice, angelic root, coriander, goji berries, grains of paradise, grapefruit peel, lavendar flower, meadowsweet, lemon peel, lime peel, mace, Makrut lime leaves, orris root, Thai lemongrass, szechuan pepperocorn and sansho peppercorn. The result is a gin that offers a complex and multi layered flavour profile with a strong sense of juniper at its heart, complemented by earthy, sweet and floral notes. The gin is produced in a triple-bubble still, which is known for its extreme copper contact, delivering uncompromising character and flavours.
