Cabo Maya Tequila is a premium tequila made of 100% of Agave Azul Tequilana Weber at Hacienda La Capilla, located in the region of Los Altos de Jalisco, in Mexico. Slowly cooked through vapour pressure in autoclaves, fermented in wooden casks and distilled in copper, Cabo Maya tequila only takes the best heart cut of the distillation process. Cabo Maya Reposado is rested for 8 months in American white oak barrels. Light oak and citrus on the nose, smooth and delicate cinnamon, dried fruit and vanilla on the palate.
