Champagne Collery Blanc de Blancs – Grand Cru 750ml
Maison Collery produces exquisite 100% Grand Cru Champagnes from the terroir of Aӱ. This Blanc de Blancs has benefitted from a long aging on the lees before disgorgement, allowing it to reach the perfect balance and ideal maturity which won it Best In Show at Decanter Wine Awards 2023. Champagne Collery Blanc de Blancs Brut Grand Cru has aged on lees for a minimum of 60 months, with a dosage of 6g/L that has been aged in Sauternes Grand Cru barrels. A rich, aromatic bouquet of white flowers, candied fruit and fresh pastry on the nose, with a voluminous palate with notes of William pear and zesty citrus fruit.
