Maison Collery produces exquisite 100% Grand Cru Champagnes from the terroir of Aӱ. This Blanc de Noirs has benefited from a long ageing on lees before disgorgement, allowing the Pinot Noir of which it is composed to develop all its aromatic potential and power. Champagne Collery Blanc de Noirs Brut Grand Cru has aged on lees for a minimum of 72 months, with a dosage of 7g/L that has been aged in old Burgundy barrels. The nose is intense with red fruit and apple jelly. On the palate, a fresh expression of pear, honey, notes of toast and salinity.
