Maison Collery produces exquisite 100% Grand Cru Champagnes from the terroir of Aӱ. The NV Brut Grand Cru is a blend of Grand Crus, dominated by Chardonnay and enriched by Pinot Noir. Champagne Collery NV Brut Grand Cru has aged on lees for a minimum of 48 months, with a dosage of 7g/L that has been aged in Sauternes Grand Cru barrels. Aromas of fresh pastries and stone fruits. A palate of vivacious citrus, with a long fresh finish.
