Maison Collery produces exquisite 100% Grand Cru Champagnes from the terroir of Aӱ. The NV Rosé Grand Cru is a blended rosé whose structure is brought by the frame of Pinot Noir, elegantly balanced by its Chardonnay. Its richness in red wine and low dosage make it a wine to be enjoyed in any season. Champagne Collery NV Rosé Grand Cru has aged on lees for a minimum of 36 months, with a dosage of 5g/L that has been aged in Sauternes Grand Cru barrels. A structured nose with raspberry and rose notes. Morello cherry and Mirabelle plum on the palate.
