Put through our patent-pending twice-fermented winemaking process, this is the world's first non-alcoholic still white wine made entirely from a single terroir-driven French Chardonnay. Pale gold in the glass, it opens with aromas of green apple, lemon and lime, layered with white acacia flowers, a subtle hint of hazelnut and a delicate touch of spice. On the palate, vibrant minerality and crisp acidity meet a medium-light body with a gentle roundness that leads to a clean, medium-length finish.
