A graceful colossus with hidden depths, Compass Box The Peat Monster (46% ABV) layers whiskies of sweet smoke with those of a more heavy peatiness. We layer curated whiskies from distilleries across the peat spectrum to achieve balance and complexity of flavour. Blended carefully so aromatic, sweet smoke takes centre stage, accented by heavier, medicinal peatiness. Behind sweet smoke and driftwood bonfires you'll find sea spray, spiced apple and vanilla creaminess.
