After it’s fully matured, we finish it in a second, custom toasted barrel, where it picks up an added layer of sweet oak complexity. FULL OF CHARACTER: Elijah Craig is the signature Bourbon bearing the name of Reverend Elijah Craig, a Bourbon pioneer who is credited as the first distiller to age his whiskey in charred oak barrels.
