Grand wormwood, green anise and fennel form the base, with elderflower, meadowsweet, peppermint and lemon balm giving it a floral, herbaceous character that sets it apart from anything traditional. It comes off the still crystal clear and stays that way — it doesn't louche, which makes it a serious and highly approachable cocktail ingredient as well as a straightforward long drink over tonic or pink grapefruit soda.
