Palma Spiced Gin is a twist on the original Palma Gin recipe. Once distilled, the gin is aged in Mallorcan oak barrels which previously stored wine from the local Manto Negro grapes in Binissalem. Vanilla, cinnamon and cloves are added in stages during this time, bringing a complex sweetness and spice to the gin. The result is a complex and full flavoured gin that pushes the boundaries of tradition. Palma Spiced Gin is a unique premium product, made from the island, for the island.
