Ramo de Rosas Mezcal Espadín Joven is a slightly smoked and herbaceous distillate, made using traditional methods. This young mezcal is made with an espadín agave grown for 8 years in Santiago Matatlán, harvested just before flowering, cooked at low temperature for 4 to 5 days, fermented for 8 days in wooden barrels and distilled twice in copper.
