Ramo de Rosas Madrecuishe 17YO Mezcal 700ml

This very limited single batch mezcal is made from Madrecuishe agaves harvested in the Ejutla region. A cool climate and high altitude growing conditions significantly extends the growing cycle to 17 years instead of the usual 11 for a typical Karwinskii species. A slow cooking process over 5 days and a 100% natural fermentation results in a superb mezcall with extrenely complex notes of wet stone, dried grass, fresh herbs, cloves and a touch of salinity.
