Se Busca Mezcal Joven 700ml

Se Busca meaning 'wanted' in Spanish is a tribute to the women who fought in the Mexican Revolution for a new constitution. Cooked agave and mesquite on the nose, this young mezcal opens with a palate of nuts, fruit and green vegetables, landing in a sweet, weighted finish with a mellow spicy kick. HOW TO ENJOY: in a Tommy Reloaded: 3oz of Se Busca Joven, 2oz of agave nectar, 2oz of fresh lime juice shaken with ice and served in a rock glass rimed with salt. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Se Busca Margarita: 1.5 oz Se Busca Joven Mezcal, 0.75 oz lime juice, 0.75 oz agave nectar, 0.5 oz orange liqueur or triple sec. Se Busca Spiced Daisy: 1.5 oz Se Busca Joven, 0.75 oz Curaçao blend, 0.5 oz Green Juice Blend (jalapeño, cucumber, coriander), 0.75 oz Lime juice with chili salt rim. Eco-responsible approach: we only source organic agaves, and our proprietary roasting method allows us to use up to 70% less wood compared to the traditional cooking method. Se Busca has a soil conservation program, replanting the agaves we use and teaching local communities sustainable farming techniques.Made with ultra-pure water sourced from a local mountain spring located near the distillery. Se Busca celebrates women in the mezcal industry: Eleana Nuñez oversees production and export, Doña Mary and Doña Yuri participate in the Fermentation process, Azucena leads the bottling and Diana our lead chemist is in charge of the liquid profile.
