The Stellar Rum rises above the ordinary. Many white rums are either too bland or too bold, but we wanted a balance: aromatic, with just the right amount of spirit. Our approach? Let the rum speak for itself. While we mainly avoid wood aging and charcoal filtering to preserve the rum’s raw, captivating flavours, we incorporate a small touch of aged rum for depth. Its authentic character is the hero, enhanced by just a whisper of maturity. The journey to perfection took almost two years, blending four distinct rums. Each rum is a standout, but together, they achieve a perfect union. What we've crafted is a white rum that's confidently different -ideal not just for classic rum drinks, but for any cocktail calling for an adventurous twist.
