Viña Pomal Rosado is the first rosé from Bodegas Bilbaínas' Viña Pomal range, blending 70% Garnacha with 30% Viura — the classic varieties of Rioja rosé — from vineyards in Rioja Alta. It's made using the bleeding ("sangrado") method, with fermentation kept at a controlled 14°C to preserve freshness and aroma. Bright pale-pink in color, it's subtle on the nose with strawberry, raspberry, violet and light spice (aniseed, chamomile) notes, and structured and silky on the palate with a fresh, well-balanced finish.
